Our App uses artificial intelligence to break tasks into subtasks for your convenience. While we strive for high accuracy, these breakdowns may not be perfect, and you are encouraged to review and adjust them as needed.

6. User Data

Your tasks and any information you provide are stored in a protected database. You retain the right to delete your profile and data at any time via your profile page. Upon deletion, all associated data will be removed from our system in accordance with our data retention policies.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." TaskEase disclaims any warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskEase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, to use the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the state of Israel.
